Main Duties:

Role:

Job Description: – The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks: -

  • Screening calls
  • Creating job advertisements based on client specifications
  • Advertising positions on various media sites
  • Short listing potential applicants
  • Inputting candidates details on to the internal database
  • Communicating over the phone and through Microsoft Outlook with candidates to assess experience and skills
  • Diary Management – Using Microsoft Outlook and Internal database to arrange and record appointments
  • Booking candidate interviews
  • Learning how to interview candidates through video conferencing
  • Preparing documentation for interviews
  • Interviewing candidates, learning how to extract information regarding the candidates skills and experience as well as finding out the applicants wants and needs from their future role
  • Collecting and verifying documentation from the applicant for both the job application and visa processing
  • Scanning and uploading documents on to the internal database
  • Sourcing references to support a candidates application
  • Ensuring documents are attached to relevant files and emails and that they are in the correct format

Remuneration Package: -

  • Excellent Annual Salary – Starting €26,000 per/annum rising up to €30,000 after 3 months (on review) – Plus commission and incentives
  • 20 days paid holidays
  • Working hours – 12.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. – Monday to Friday
  • 12 month contract
