GlobalForce Resource Ltd is proud to partner with Volkswagen car dealerships across Germany to recruit qualified and experienced petrol and diesel mechanics.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians who are serious about relocating to Germany and building a career with a world-leading automotive brand.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will be trade qualified mechanics with strong diagnostic skills and proven experience working on petrol and diesel vehicles. Previous VW dealership experience is highly desirable, though not essential.
All applicants must complete a full registration process with GlobalForce Resource Ltd prior to being submitted to our German clients.
Candidate Profile
- Red Seal or equivalent trade qualification (petrol & diesel car or diesel/truck mechanics)
- Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Experience working in a VW main dealer workshop is an preferred
- Manufacturer diagnostic training preferred but not essential
- Strong experience in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify and resolve technical faults
- Basic German language skills are an advantage (language support provided)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: €38,000 – €45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and skill level)
- 4–6 weeks paid annual leave
