Candidate Profile

We are seeking experienced and trade-qualified mechanics with a strong background in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified (Red Seal or equivalent) in petrol and/or diesel mechanics
  • Minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in a Mercedes dealership workshop
  • Manufacturer training to diagnostic level an advantage, but not essential
  • Proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles
  • Ability to use technical knowledge and skills to identify and solve mechanical issues swiftly
  • Basic German language skills would be an advantage (language training support is available)

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: €38,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • German language training provided
  • 4–6 weeks annual leave
