  • Collecting and verifying documentation from the applicant for both the job application and visa processing
  • Scanning and uploading documents on to the internal database
  • Sourcing references to support a candidates application
  • Ensuring documents are attached to relevant files and emails and that they are in the correct format
  • Creating and amending candidate profiles to be submitted to clients using Microsoft Word and Adobe
  • Updating daily/weekly and monthly reports – This involves extensive use of Excel
  • Ongoing communication with candidates through email, phone and Skype

Person Specification - The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:-

  • Excellent communicator
  • Previous experience of working in a  Recruitment/HR or Administration environment
  • Previous experience or skills in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy working as part of team and have strong customer service skills
  • Have an understanding of a sales environment
  • Enjoy a busy office environment and learning new skills on a day to day basis
  • Ability to prioritise their daily routines
  • Excellent knowledge of the automotive and transport industry
  • Previous education or training in Human Resources is desirable but not essential

Remuneration Package: -

  • Excellent Annual Salary – Starting €26,000 per/annum rising up to €30,000 after 3 months (on review) – Plus commission and incentives
  • 20 days paid holidays
  • Working hours – 12.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. – Monday to Friday
  • 12 month contract
